Debra Macki CosmeticsDebra Macki: True Blue

Beauty shots shouldn't be overdone.  Pick one thing and make it pop and make it interesting. When working with vibrant or rich colors on the eyes, I do the eyes first.  It saves time cleaning up the shadow fallout

  • To intensify the color on the model's lids, I used a mixing liquid from Mehron with the powder pigment.  (The aqua color is a pigment from my new line soon to be released). I used a larger brush to give the effect of paint strokes.
  • When the eyes are done, I clean the face with a makeup wipe, then move onto to perfecting the canvas.
  • Concealer, foundation and powder.
  • I finished the look with a clear gloss (Debra Macki Cosmetics- Crystal: http://www.debramacki.com/)
