Topic: Eye Makeup Application
Tip #1: When doing a makeup application I always apply eye makeup first. Why you ask?
• Reason #1: You run the risk of having to redo/touch up face makeup.
Whether you are using dark, highly pigmented, or neutral shadows all powdery eye products have the ability to trickle onto the cheek and under the eye. If you do the eye first you can wipe away the excess product from the natural skin instead of wiping off product.
Tip #2: When applying eye makeup, prep the eye with a primer.
• Reason: Primer goes smoothly over the lid to create a blank canvas, it often enhances the color in a frost or highly pigmented shadow, it stops the makeup from creasing, and its longwearing which means it will last all day…maybe even into tomorrow!
