hair sprayLet's face it, we all want to smell good...that's not new and ground-breaking information, everyone can agree on that obvious statement. So when you're deciding what products to retail in your salon, does the fragrance of the product sway your opinion? Of course a horribly awful smelling product is probably a bad idea but there are some products that smell better than others.

Ideally it would be nice to sell and use products that work great and are safe of course (both are a priority) but also have a pleasant scent. A fragrance that's too overwhelming can be a bad thing- everyone has different tastes so you can't make everyone happy, plus junking up the product with an artificial scent may take away from all the good ingredients you're looking for in a quality hair product.

What's your opinion and experience when selling hair products? How important is the scent of a product when selling to your clients? VOTE in our poll.
