The Brow Powder Duo is a lightweight formula designed to be smudge proof and comes with two shades per compact so you can mix and match to your perfect shade. It's also available in five two-tone shades.
Brow Powder Duo: $22
Application Tips: Apply the powder onto the brow using the Duo Brush #10A or the Mini Duo Brush #7 (available on Anastasia.net). With short, light strokes, apply the darker color first where the brows are sparse, brushing the lighter shade over the entire brow. Then blend.
