HAIR definitely won at the Oscars this year! Hair Stylists gave their clients volume from retro-glam to formal up-do's. We also saw some elegant waves and a few adorable layered bobs. Makeup was a little less spectacular with most women opting for very light and natural.

Typically I like the "stars" that rock the formal hair for the Oscars but I LOVE Scarlett's layered bob, the color and I LOVE her makeup.
