Sandie Torres is the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Your Beauty Industry.
Sandie has worked in Marketing and Promotions in both the music and beauty industries. Her experience in both music and beauty led her to create a resource that encompasses lessons and tips from both fields. "All of us at Your Beauty Industry stand behind the idea of 'never stop learning'. Whether you're a student or a successful beauty business owner, you can benefit from our website and magazine."
Sandie developed one of the first interactive online communities for the professional beauty industry in 2008 and expanded the website to a print magazine in 2010. Her experience in event coordination also led her to create the first ever Ultimate Beauty Challenge held in Boston in 2009.
Sandie lives outside of Boston with her husband, two daughters, step-son and four dogs.
Following in the footsteps of other legendary makeup luminaries is one of the industry's most sought after makeup artists: Debra Macki. Debra is a celebrity makeup artist, cosmetic creator, and educator and now Beauty Editor for Your Beauty Industry.
Debra's client list includes People, Tennis and Health Magazines, Rihanna, Cyndi Lauper, Al Gore and more. She travels the country teaching 6 sold out classes per year and in between photo shoots and red carpet events she is a cosmetic designer.
Debra takes YBI readers behind the scenes for an all access backstage look into her career. She also gives daily beauty tips on YourBeautyIndustry.com and her column "Debra's Diary" can be seen exclusively in Your Beauty Industry Magazine.
Debra has been a vegetarian since the age of six and has loved animals her whole life.
Krystal is a Professional Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist & Manicurist.
Krystal's client list includes Kathie Lee Gifford, Dr. Oz, Cyndi Lauper, Maria Menounos, Senator Scott Brown and many more. Her work has been featured in People Magazine, Ellite and Your Beauty Industry Magazine. She's the Head Makeup Artist for the TV Show Community Auditions and has been the lead artist for numerous fashion shows in Boston and Las Vegas.
Krystal currently writes for both YourBeautyIndustry.com and Your Beauty Industry Magazine. Her published work includes professional reviews, trends and special features. Krystal's hair and makeup work can be seen frequently on the cover of Your Beauty Industry Magazine.
Krystal lives in Massachusetts with her two beloved dogs Bianca and Briana.

Jaime is a Master stylist/Colorist based out of the North Shore of Massachusetts. She graduated from Beauty Creators Academy and has trained extensively in “parametric” precision cutting. Jaime is certified by Framesi color and corrective color techniques. She is also a Paul Mitchell colorist and is Redken certified.
Jaime is currently a stylist at Salon Couture in Danvers, MA. She specializes in Color Correction and Precision Cutting and her services include So.Cap Extensions, Feather Extensions and the Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy by Coppola.
Jaime's work has been featured on the covers of Tennis and Your Beauty Industry Magazines and she has served as the lead stylist for fashion shows in and around Boston.

Hilary Avart is a Professional Multi-Media Makeup Artist & YBI Beauty Product Expert.
Hilary has always had a huge passion for the beauty industry and even knew even when she was a little girl she wanted to have a beauty career. She started her career in Cosmetology School and then after working in a salon for over 2 years, she then realized she wanted to pursue her Makeup Artistry career.
Hilary attended Cosmix, a Professional Makeup Artistry school and from there Hilary has been a freelance makeup artist specializing in fashion and media. Hilary is also a Color Expert and Color Lead at Sephora.
Hilary searches for the best beauty products on the market and reports back for both YourBeautyIndustry.com and Your Beauty Industry Magazine.
Christina Mirabella is a Hair Stylist and Professional Makeup Artist. She is a graduate of The Hairs How Modern School of Beauty & is trained and certified in Redken Color, Paul Mitchell Color and Global Keratin as well as So Cap and Stiletto Hair Extensions.
Christina has also successfully completed private makeup courses from Celebrity Makeup Artist Debra Macki. As a Makeup Artist Christina has worked in both media and fashion. Her client list includes Betsey Johnson, Recording Artists JADA, Miss Massachusetts USA and Miss Teen Massachusetts USA pageants.
In between her hair styling and makeup careers, Christina is a self-proclaimed "beauty product junkie", finding the best products on the market for both pro's and consumers. She writes for both Your Beauty Industry Magazine and YourBeautyIndustry.com
Brian Doherty is a Professional Photographer.
Brian's love for photography was realized while on tour as a dancer in Michael Flatley's Lord of the Dance.
Since 17 he has performed sold out shows in theaters, arenas and stadiums in all 50 states and 17 countries across 6 continents.
His first photo shoot was a makeup portfolio for a dancer on tour, who was later accepted to the London School of Fashion after submitting Brian's photographs. He now works as a professional photographer in Boston and travels frequently around the country for various projects.
Brian's work can frequently be seen on the cover of Your Beauty Industry Magazine.

Derek Palermo is the Media Director for Your Beauty Industry. From Video Production to Social Media Analysis, Derek is passionate about each project he undertakes.
