The Team at YourBeautyIndustry.com has been busy planning its Official Launch Party to take place during Boston’s Fashion Week. Over the next month we’ll give you a behind the scenes look at the planning process, the madness leading up to the event and then a backstage look at the party and fashion show.
Stage 1: PlanningThings to Do…
- Brainstorm with the team
- Determine purpose and target and create a solid plan
- Put plan into action
The team has late night brainstorm meetings | Lots of Phone Calls to secure the date, venue and sponsors
The Venue:
Just a few more weeks to go! Sponsors and models have been secured now it’s time to do a walk-thru at the venue and coordinate how the night will run. The runway, stage, sound, music, lighting, wardrobe changes…lots to do before the big night!
